Trip and Fall

Do you think its so funny when I trip and fall?
Do you see my pain, can you feel it at all?
Don't you see what you have done?
You came to my side and pointed at me a gun.

Have you ever wondered what it felt like to be me?
Must I explain or do you have to see?
Apparently explaining was not enough.
So I showed you where i place every single cut

Do you understand just a little bit now?
I let you effect me way more than I should allow.
Do you ever have to smile when you're in excruciating pain?
Have you ever stayed up all night and wondered what there was left to gain?

Because of you my heart beats off time
Because of you I made every one of these lines.
Because of you I've fallen to the ground.
Because of you I can not make one single sound.

    Very well done.
    My favorite part was:

    "Apparently explaining was not enough.
    So I showed you where i place every single cut"

    just be careful of the words you rhyme they are just a little off but other than that, amazing poem!
