Forbidden Love...

There I was...Watching him.
His eyes fixed onto mines,
Trying to find a way into my heart,
Coming in closer and closer.

Then, he suddenly vanishes,
I hear his voice echoing the last words he said to me,
Over and over
"Don't leave me, Please don't."

He's there, lurking in my memories,
As he whispers sweetly,
In words so clear,
"Come with me and we shall never part."

But this love can never be,
For he is nothing but a memory.
