What's In A Kiss a Tale of Lost Love
by Ray Smallshaw

I watched two lovers kiss today,

And once again, in my mind you were in my arms,

I had to pull my stomach muscles tight to stop myself from choking with want of you,

And then suck in that want to stop my tears of longing,

The want didn't stop though it was replaced by a terrible feeling of loss and sadness,

So what's in a kiss? All my want and longing for you.
