Alone

She sits there and pretends
that your words they don't hurt
there not breaking her heart
drug into the dirt

with a smile so fake
and a laugh so unreal
its a wonder to me
it has not revealed

she says she's ok
don't listen she's not fine
one lie after another
line after line

and yet you believe it
because you don't know
the pain that's inside
she won't let it show

and how can you bare it
unseen it can't be
look into her eyes
such sad harmony

yes really its depressing
