Fearless We Remain

by Poet on the Piano   Jan 31, 2010

We are all called to be a Solider of the Lord,
building up an army to banish the terror of sin.
For evil belongs in a dark lonesome place,
not on the hearts of the great Creator's people.

For He is the salt of the earth,
gentle yet firm, kind yet determined.
His acts shall affect everyone near him,
change for the common good is eminent.

He will take on the form of a storm.

It shall not be a harmful destruction,
but one that will alter perspectives.
He shall speak with sounds of thunder,
carrying his message, silent no more.

He shall strike that of ready lightning,
motivation moving in his alit veins.
Those who wake from slumber
will not fear darkness nor fire.

They'll be caught in the eye of the blaze.

Astonishment at his boldness,
his willingness to fight for justice.
Few shall cower in hidden fear,
for God's hand has once again saved.

They will be in speechless awe,
accepting the difficult challenge.
Dying for Christ at any given time,
His faithful servant forever.

He shall transform into His listening defender.

We need to step up to the Truth,
and stand for those who have no voice,
never shall we run from His salvation,
but courageously say yes and stand.
