Desert Storm 1991

by Michael   Feb 16, 2010

23 Jan 1991: Sunrise, sunset, when the moon shows it's face in the velvet sky it almost seems surreal. To see the stars flickering with the moon smiling and watching over them it makes me feel like everything will be fine. Then I wonder, will this be the last sunrise I'll see, will tonight be the last breath I take? What of these young men and women who have yet to live. I have lived ten lifetimes so spare one life and take mine because they are children.
