Perfect Moment.

Out on the oceanfront
strokes of apricot decorated
yawning skies with beauty-
as a xanthous sphere
tangled itself into slumber.

Dancing the tango along
the skyline of nostalgia,
a beacon of light lingered-
allowing me to drift within
turquoise eyes--silent-
yet echoing of permanent love.

And it was then that the
lighthouse stood pensive-
as you gently kissed my lips;
hushing the night-
as the world hung with icicles-
envious of the passion we painted-
yearning for a perfect moment.

    *This was my favorite part. The way you write is like a fairy tale. We all want to have that speical moment with thr people we love and this piece really captures that and makes it so clear. As always the imagery is very strong and beauitful and I thinky uo did a wonderful job using the pic. Would have been a hard one for me but you did an excellent job. I miss reading your work. Well done with the image. I had never thought of a lighthouse being pensive but I think it is. (smiles) Your images paint the perfect moment. Good Job.
