Timidity Is The Enemy

by Rusheena   Mar 11, 2010

Blank as the stares of a dreamer

Her brown eyes wonder for occupation, but boredom won't leave her

Variety of faces swim in the sea of conversations

However, the lonely face continues in her contemplation

The eyes look around, but the head goes down

Yet, the ears persist to wonder...

The sounds excite, to her delight, but the brain does not grow fonder

The lips dry from lack of interaction

While she finds no main attraction

Pretending to concentrate as she thinks of entertainment

God only knows how long she'll take this social detainment
