but however you need to focus on your punctuation
and If I was in your shoes..I would punctuation the poem
this way..and change some words
better for clarity and meaning :
because first of al licked lips is really
no suitable..for your piece..
and some "ands" and "buts" are not essential
ps you said never ending, nor never lasts..
the grammar here is not right..you have to focus on
the parallelism of your lines..
so for what you need to change..I would
write it this way..if I was you :

Heavy breathing, seductive lips,
closed eyes and opened minds,
confused little souls understanding
a little too much

scared to death of the outcome,
sweaty palms and shaky hands
a first, perhaps a last
that never ends, nor never lasts
through this mind

feelings that never goes away, for I
think still about those lips
till this day

I really like the vulnerability that you showcased here. The anticipation of the kiss but yet also the hesitation. The kiss may not have lasted but a few seconds but it will forever live in your mind.
