Tremble just to see the line
That tells me I am home
I've been gone for way too long
Too far from here I roam

Thoughts of running far away

The little girl who wished on stars
And reveled in her dreams
Before they turned to sleepless nights
Filled with chilling screams

A hopeful soul who learned today
You cannot run away
From ghosts that spend their haunting time
Inside your mind's decay

One must heal, accepting love
Only then move on
Problems only go away
When we are not withdrawn

When we face up to all we've seen
Reconciled the pains
