There's no place like "Home"

by Maegan Bravo   Oct 16, 2010

She sits in her room,
And lets her tears fall.

She isn't allowed to speak.
Look at her,
So frail and weak.

Her tears stain
Her pale cheeks.

She wants to sneak,
Out of this place.
Be left alone,
Without a trace.

She sits there,
Like stone.

Forgotten forever,
In her own home.
