A Caecus Via

by David Marshall   Oct 18, 2010

Breathe but don't tell.
with the idle of life resting at your lips.
don't love me; my heart shall swell,
with an overflow of pain; a mystery with no answer that fits.

Feel but don't touch.
with the might of maero at your grasp.
don't Hold me; my soul shall spill,
with cascading whispers; a moment so beautiful may be my last.

walk but don't move.
with the placid thoughts of libertas at your feet.
guide me; meus os est a blurr,
an aesthetic ending; yes the beginning we shall meet.

breathe; tell me everything.
with the idle of life resting at your lips.
love me; My heart shall beat,
with an overflow of felicity; a mystery with an answer that fits.

feel; grab my hand.
with the might of Dilectio at your grasp.
Hold me; my soul shall embrace.
with ascending whispers; a moment so beautiful will not be my last.

Walk; come back to me.
with the placid thoughts of libertas at your feet.
I need you; meus vita est cassus.
An aesthetic ending; yes the beginning we shall meet.

kiss; yes kiss me.
ego postulo vos...i need you
