I Still Didn't Cry

A sad love song comes on,
And I was just getting my groove on.
I think about the day you left me,
And how I didn't cry.

You hurt me when you didn't say the right things,
And you hurt me for telling me those sweet lies.
You hurt me by not saying anything,
But I still didn't cry.

You hurt me by ignoring me everyday,
As though I am nothing,
Which to you I am
And I still didn't cry.

You hurt me when you flirt with other girls,
As though I am invisible,
Which to you I am
But I still didn't cry.

You hurt me when you smile,
Because I know you're happy without me
And I'm no longer part of your happiness
But I still didn't cry.

You hurt me everyday
Breaking all that's left of me
And leaving me with nothing
And now......
I cry

    I love this, it's very touching. I've been through this before so it really hits deep in my heart. It's amazing how the people we love, and the people who supposidly love us, can be so cruel to leave us with nothing but a broken heart to remind us of the pain they have caused. //:

    We try to make people think we don't care, keep the tears well hidden, the fake smile the laugh that is way to loud to be real.
    Then in silence , alone, and it's finally it's time for the tears
