Little bo peep again

Little bo peep has lost her sheep.
She doesn't know where to find them.
The question that we have to ask;
was she qualified to mind them.

Did she do herding 101
at her local TAFE or college?
Or was she allowed out in the field,
with insufficient knowledge?
