Lift your game.

by Allan Padgham   Oct 23, 2012

These are always a few inspirational folks around who always do more than they need do. Or maybe because that is the only way it will get done. There are usually other who maybe should do it but don't. So they don't do anything more than strike a pose and feel just a bit upset when their advice is not heeded.. Some advice follows.I leave the appropriateness of it all for you to decide.,
-----------------------------------------------------
Lift your game.

I've not the time to do those things that I see you're out there doing.
A job in need, it is indeed, but one I'm not pursuing.
I do not care to take a share and assist with your endeavour,
but I should point out, 'twas poorly done and you seem to take forever.

I would have done it, not that way and I'd have done it neater.
What you have done is rather poor and certainly no world beater.
Tho' it had to be done, I'm not the one, or suited to the labour.
So I stood aside and it went to you, did you thank me for that favour?

While I do not care to do my share, I gift that to you freely;
I'll let you know where you go wrong, that's all I can do really.
Now no one likes a winger, my thoughts here I must confess.
So don't go on 'bout other folks, and suck it up princess.
