Time

by Allan Padgham   Apr 22, 2013

Time is something rather fleeting.
It's with each day, a friendly greeting.
Time flows by me like a river.
As the day it does deliver.

Without time we would not be able
To devise a bus time table.
Things would happen all together,
Either that or happen never.

Time gives birthdays, time gives seasons.
gives getting out of bed a reason.
Time heals every thing they say.
Time is what spreads out the day.

Your time is yours and only you,
Can use your time, with what you do.
You can't get more at any cost.
Tho what you have cannot be lost.

What do you have? you cannot measure,
Or meter out this priceless treasure.
For who who knows what's around the bend.
Or just when will life's journey end.
