Excuse her

by Yakari Gabriel   Dec 12, 2010

Excuse her,
For her imperfections..
There is time enough
To work on them

Excuse her,
For her dreams are wild
Still you have planned
What she should be..

Excuse her,
She forgot to say goodbye
Not the educated lady..
She is in your eyes

Excuse her,
She wears her hair pink
Gave herself a tattoo
Though in your mind
She is still an impecable girl

Excuse her,
She doesn't know what she wants
To terrified,to unsure
Do not shove ideologies down her throat..

Excuse her,
She can't help being fifteen.

A very real truth here! Youth leads us in unsure directions, but you are so right, it needs to be excused because maturity will come in time! nice write Yaki!
