Journey Afterlife

by DeafBeats   Jan 10, 2011

Decomposing
A fruit, flesh withered
Reentering the cycle

Fluid flowing
Sizzling warmth,
in liquifying darkness

Whirlpool of radiant light
Blind and deaf
with magnifying awareness

Sensations to listen
Sensations to watch
Vacuum of life

Removing stains
Shedding a cloak
Innocence revealed

Identity crisp away
Skin, a barrier no longer
Soul renewed

Cosmos embracing
Breathing
Living

Eternal rhythm

A great poem. People say a picture says more than a thousand words. However no picture could capture what you did here.

An excellent poem and in my opinion it had no faults. I managed to read this poem fairly quickly as it all just went together so well.

The only thing I would change is the title as I feel a better one could have been picked
