Frosty hounds

I drift
from the carriage
of wedding cross and stone
to hear your brothers vibrating
toward heart.

Author notes

Cinquains are usually light verse and express brief moments. There is a strict form, and the poem is five lines with 22 syllables. The first line has 2 syllables, second has 4, third has 6, fourth has 8, and the last line has 2 syllables.

This piece:

I dream I am an observer of my own wedding where my other previous lovers and admirers suddenly try to woe me and deceive me towards their soulful beings with song and dance.
