I Am Strong

Cold hands across my neck
Choking on lies you've repeated
Over and over the pain builds
Will I ever forget your face?
The way you smiled so sly
You thought you could get away
Leaving me broken once more
But this time I'm stronger
Strong enough to hear your words
Your lies that bleed between your teeth
The blows when no one is looking
I'm here so go ahead and give it your all
Because this time I am strong
