Another Valentine's Day
A fifth consecutive year
It's difficult for me to say
How grateful I am that you're here

It wasn't love at first sight
But it was love at first talk
It was wrong, yet it was right
We fit perfectly like a key and lock

We would talk for hours
Never wanting to close the phone
The next day you would send me flowers
It's crazy to see how fast time has flown

I never thought we'd fall in love so deep
We were love-struck kids who grew side-by-side
Every night, I still dream of you when I'm asleep
I dream of one day becoming your lovely bride

We remain strong, especially through difficult times
There have been plenty of laughs, smiles and tears
Our love is true, even if these are not well-written rhymes
The truth is that together, we can overcome our fears

Every time I hear a love song
I can't help but think of you
This incredible feeling can't be wrong
We stick to each other, sturdy as glue

Happy Valentine's Day to my one and only love
As years go by, my love for you still grows
