Murmur

by Kuro   Mar 29, 2011

When the sun goes down
I can hear them speak
Murmurs in my head
"Imperfect and weak"

When the moon goes down
Sun shines on my face
Smile for the camera
Ignore your disgrace

When im with her
I only see the sun
Dark thoughts in my head
Are reduced to none

When she is gone
Awaken by the moon
The murmurs return
Just a bit too soon

Now that she has left
The murmurs are there
Welcoming me back
To my old despair

I know what that feels like. You're in so much pain and they just expect you to suck it up for the family or friends. It's like they want yuo to put your emotions on pause. Very meaningful piece that I can relate to a lot. Nice work Benny :] -Nik
