Set Loose

by Larry Chamberlin   May 22, 2011

Michelangelo looked at a stone,
saw vibrant warrior concealed;
dared by God to free the prisoner
exposed David's form encased.

Wouldn't we love to have that talent:
look at our life, see hidden meaning,
know where to chip away the dross
reveal true purpose for which we live.
