Hidden Monstrosity

by Hanako   May 22, 2011

My fears playing an unchained fantasy
in my heart,
orchestrated by the unclaimed master of all-
that vast land beyond-
silence.
Deep reverberations of the night's death pound out
my softly twisting breaths.
Haunting melodies flow slower then swifter through
my iced-over veins,
extracting these hideous monstrosities
that grovel deep within,
digging deeper into darkness.
Chase me through the light
till they are running me through
nothing's silken webs,
and I am ensnared.
