I Want To

I want to catch your tears,
Before they hit the ground,
Be the reason your heart,
Starts to rapidly pound

Be the kiss that lingers,
In the back of your mind,
Be the person your glad,
That you've come to find

Be the one that makes you,
Smile your biggest smile,
Be the one that you feel,
Makes life all worth while

Be the hug that holds you,
Tightly inside my arms,
Keep you wrapped up safely,
Away from life's harms

Be the dreams that you have,
That give you peace at night,
Make you laugh like crazy,
Make everything alright

Be the one that will do,
Anything for you at all,
Be the one to pick you up,
Whenever you fall
