Language Of Emotion

by Kerry Gardiner   May 25, 2011

A pens been placed into my hand,
To write down my thoughts inside,
On this paper that's been made,
By these feelings I cannot hide

There are stories of love and hate,
That people cannot understand,
I write down my stories of truth,
To show exactly where I stand

There are stories of life and family,
Hopes of kids and a great wife,
That seems to be more uncommon,
For alot of people who live this life

There are stories about hard times,
How we cannot let go of the past,
For we choose to dwell on things,
So the pain always tends to last

There are stories about the world,
And how bad it seems to be,
Yet, we sit back and we do nothing,
For the truth we just cant see

No one else can read this writing,
For all of my stories stand alone,
For the language of emotion,
Is one that goes unknown
