A Pain Plunged In My Chest

by Joseph Boadi   Jun 16, 2011

By my side a smile he forged
And when am gone he puked and disgorged
By his tender and warm side i felt pleased
But deep within his soul my heart he squashed and squeezed
He was nothing but my soul
But to him,i was an ancient tarted scroll
He would seize and my lips kiss
But in his head he'll scorn and diss
He was my life
But i never his wife
On his strong shoulders i would cry
Thinking the bearer of heaven had blessed me with a moment to sigh
I never knew who i dinned with
A demon he was Richardson Smith

I think this is a well written poem because the emotions are strong and I like the way you worded this. I have to admit that the flow isn't that continuous, but it doesn't effect the poem too much. I think that the feelings and the story you're telling is really relateable.
