I want to be something more to you
I do not think you feel the same
Peace of mind when I am with you
True to myself, without the shame

I lost myself in darkness cold
Part of myself I found in you
I miss that smile that's undersold
Stuck into silence, shun taboo

It's not fair to ask this of you
I'll try my best to keep your smile
Can I make you feel like I do
How can I make it worth your while?
