The Brightest of the Four

by Mattias Ostling   Oct 9, 2011

Rain is falling down, and the air feels cool
The storm that once was, is no more
Dark as the sky may be, not to call it light, I'd be a fool
For you are the brightest of the Four.

I see the world in every corner,
And I see myself in every mourner
Oh, thy tearful lady of the night,
When I see you in all your glory and all your might
Why do I always doubt my sight?

Again, I agree with the words of Adreamer.
Beautifully written. I like how you ended it with a question, leaving the reader wondering. :) You are an excellent writer, keep it up. :)

I agree you kept me guessing for the majority of the piece, but it was a nice read. A write that I believe should be given a 5/5 for its originality and use of intrigue. You are a magnificent author and I hope to see more of you soon.
