Love Fortress

Love is a war zone
on which I find myself a casualty

The causality
not in doubt

Yet still I deny it
refuse to submit to this rout.

I'd take any medication
to re-enable proper dedication

Return me to front-line duty
with cupid's miss-chance
I must pick a bone

Though fortress love be besieged
by doubt and fear
