A Happy Place

by Ronnie   Jan 9, 2012

Bubbles of joy float around my world
They never pop just bounce
Giggles of sweet children feed my soul,
Watching cute kittens trying to pounce

The silky touch of dreams beneath my feet
Tickles my toes with every tread
And fairies hum a lovely tone
As they sprinkle happiness inside my head

Trinkets of smiles worn around my neck,
Jive to the pulses of my heart
And every breath expelled from my lungs
Forms a work of blissful art.

So much happiness in your life, I am envious man! Which psychedelic were you experimenting with? Let me know, I want to give it a try too! (Just having some fun brother).

Loved your write. For a moment, I was floating in your imaginarium too. Fantabulous (a neologism)! Optimism and happiness in our mortal life is what supercharges us in our daily pursuits, keeps us out of our negativism and enables some of us to drive those bad dreams away, and some others to drive others bad dreams away.

Fantasmagorical (= 'fantastic', 'amazing'and 'magical' all rolled in one word - a real word salad) is what I found in my word diction to describe your poem.
