Inside Of I

by October Rain   Jan 13, 2012

Inside darkness and all this cold

Inside a box that's of my own

Inside here it feels safe to me

But inside I know this isn't where I want to be

And the walls fall inside down

Inside glaring at the sun

Take a good look around

Inside I can walk on my own

Inside I can do this alone

I'm falling inside 'cause my walls aren't up

Inside twirling and swirling and bump

Inside running and trying to hide

'Cause now I feel naked inside

So empty inside I'll die

This is inside of I.
