Bob Seger and Gold Stars

by Maple Tree   Jan 16, 2012

Bob Segar's walking on main street, destination; my brain
musical relaxation causes me to hibernate
letting go of everything, just getting lost in his voice.

My Husband sits to the left of me, we are in competition
who can finish their cigarette first, I like my smoke slow
so I let him grab that gold star, devilish grin displayed.

Nothing sweeter than bare feet, pure silence, and love
but I hold a secret, selfish am I, for the ear buds allow
me to keep Bob Segar all to myself.....

Except even with your ear buds in, I can still hear your music. LMAO.
You are a strange one, but that's part of your charm. ;-)
