Steps Taken

by Larry Chamberlin   Jan 19, 2012

Who's this on my path
walking along beside?
Lonely stretches long since gone.

Whoever dares to go this way alone
chances their soul
against despair.

Don't hold back though
let your steps be bold
and hold high your head determined.

No other way can you call your own
than one you've made
through tangled briars.

    Walk the path of the dreamer and you can achieve anything! That is what I got from this poem, beautifully written. 5/5

    Inspiring write..... To me Larry, this piece has alot of things to say....such as... don't walk the path alone, be careful before you step and take one day at a time... that is how I felt while ready it.... I really enjoyed this piece from you...well done~
