A tribute to a dear brother and friend, Alexander Saunders Kwanashie (November 12th 2011), R.I.P. :-(

You got yanked from us;
your folks, revealing deep tears of fondness.
Obscure motive of The One,
got us in pangs of dismay.
Ultimate love to all of us;
soothes our being in the aura of your moments.

Loitering in your abode, profile, photo of you seem so close;
but so far beyond our horizon.
Envious of your charismatic humour,
your always beaming on like the sun.
Anointed our days with stars;
your charming words are selfless praises.
Visions of your joyous memories;
hunts in the depth of our soul.
Eyes turn dark and swollen;
from salty drops of sobs, forming a pond of grieve.

Inability to see you amidst us, all to no avail.
Nurturing our spirit;
to bear your definite cruise to haven,
gives excruciating chills.

Umpteenth time I wish to say, we miss you dearly.
So abrupt, in this expanse of the cosmos, we've lost a sibling;
we always with you, for 'You Leave In Us'.
