Time's Running

by Innocent Fairy   Feb 27, 2012

I keep running
round and round
through a maze that
seems to have no end

When I see a way
when I just fall through,
always leading to roads
I wish not to follow

Roads...
Of heartbrokenness
Of sadness and anger
Roads of depression

So still I'm running
through a maze
that has no end

I call this maze life
and the end I will see
with radiant gleaming light
shining through an to me

The end will come
when the time is right

When all else will rest
and peace befalls from heaven
and my God will take me in his arms

That is the greatest hope
I still hold on to that
always see's me through

The little,
beautiful things
in life that helps me get by

Hold on to what matters
and never lose sight of
the beautiful things in life,
never lose who you are

    Awesome.

It's like saying life is short. Be who you are and live it.

The first stanza is so true for me and so many people out there. The fact that we seem to be always lost.

I hope you find your way home
