Loneliness

by Hurtingsoul   Apr 11, 2012

The way the loneliness creeps in
This empty heart fills with sin
"This city is yours" tells me regret

Since i don't have anything left,

I might as well make mistakes
Fcuk with the Gods and fates
Spiral into a hellish nightmare
And let it consume me whole

Nipping at the tip of my lips
Watching as my sanity slips
Temptation calls out to me
"Come take a bite to eat.
This forbidden fruit,
Tastes so deliciously good"

I succumb to all desires
My moral guards fail to fire
I slowly lose control
I've simply lost it all

Oh Devil how pleased are you
This one has strayed from truth
Another of God's followers gone
This mortal body has lost the love
Rejoice prince of darkness
I have lost all happiness

I lose myself in this city
I let the drugs take me
My soul fairs so weakly
My sanity loses stability

This body has become hollow
No angels can save me now
Sinful to the point of no salvation
Jesus can't offer me redemption

Oh loneliness you fatal disease
Look at these symptoms you gave me
I'm lonely, I'm dying
Someone please
Save me.

Sometime we must first be lost to be found. I am sorry for your pain. :(

The only thing that will save us is God. We have to believe in him
