I need help

I try not to think of it
It always come back
I try to resist
It only gets worse

I ask for help
it works for a while
I cant do it alone
I need God's help

I pray for forgiveness
I am forgiven
But I never forget
I try to stay away

God please help
I'm begging You please
I cant do it alone
I need Your mercy

God forgive me of my sins
Help me not fall into temptation
I'm only human
I'm not perfect but You are
