Men Of Religion

by Thomas   May 25, 2012

This goes out to the men of religion
The ones wearing hats and robes
Their words equal to what comes out of a pigeon
I even suspect them of using probes
Cause they always seem to know the answer
Saying it comes directly from God
They must have a great audio enhancer
Cause I only imagine them using 2 cans and a cord
Calling yourself pure while scarring children for life
Makes me want to organize another Inquisition
Makes me want to pull out a knife
And slice you up with great precision
You're lucky that Mother Mary is my spiritual wife
So violence I won't use
I won't refuse you punishment
But forgiveness is what I refuse
I hope God does the same when he descents

This goes out to the people who have been hurt or mistreated by men of all religions

Well I think this goes for old times when the leaders of countries were after 'men of religion'
Now it is a bit defferent but they still say the are attached to god somehow and somr of they still mislead people to violate others and cause problems
But there are still good men among them

    For your poem
Use punctuation so the flow go better

    Overall good piece
U got well chosen message maybe not many would talk about it

We always have to forgive, we may not
forget. God has given his live, paying for
our sins. How can we forgive and forget?
Good question. Interesting piece you wrote
