Hater or Lover?

by Invisible man   May 28, 2012

Why do we suffer?
Why do we make each other live in hell?
Why can't we just love?
Why can't we just live together in peace?

We hurt each other for our own interests,
We beat and kill each other, over others battles,
We hate each other for no reason,
and at the end of the day what have we done?

Suffer, indeed
Lose loved ones, maybe
And die never really living, definitely

The next time you see someone who needs help,
Walk to them and help them, because you will be surprised how nice people can be, and if you don't get anything out of it, you are making yourself better then those haters that throw people into the dog pits.

Love, cry, respect, stand up and push on, and most of all bring happiness with you not grief even if you hate yourself because others with value will love you for who you are.

Lots of love,
Invisible Man

This is a greatly constructed poem! The use of retorical questions in the opening stanza draws the reader in as they are trying to answer your questions.
I like the flow and direction of this poem, it is so in depth and well written.

    5.5 from me
