4000 Miles (collab)

It was all said in the words we oftenly
shared and all those things in between.
So take in consideration all that I say,
because I always speak the words I mean.

You screamed out loud thinking no one
can hear, the scattered pain in your voice.
And there I was listening to every echo,
your heart made when you had no choice.

Still it seems that the universe had its
own way, to keep our paths so far apart.
But as long as we breathe the same air,
those heartbeats will never fail to start.

You will always have me near you despite,
the distances we may forever possess.
Always holding a light in case you find
yourself wandering alone in the darkness.

If you feel weak I'll put my arms around
you until you gather your strength again.
I will be your rock, your shoulder, to keep
you standing no matter how, where or when.

    I found this one as a motivation piece, someone who is there with you no matter the distance.
    I felt the support and also I like the lines where it says something about speaking the truth and whatever you say it's what it means.
