The End.

by Rebecca Bentley   Jun 20, 2012

Tears and blood,
She lays alone,
Surrounded by the promise,
Of A new tomorrow.
Things were gonna change,
That's just what she believed.
But what's another scar to add,
To an arm full of so many.
So many times she needed you,
But you had other plans,
She numbed her pain,
But paid the price,
When you seen her with that man.
You vex yourself and feel so great,
Then punch her in the face.
To her you have authority,
To the world your a disgrace.
Then you've seen she's cut herself,
you make her blame herself,
Will you never understand,
That girl is crying out for help!
You make her say she loves you.
But all she feels is fear,
She lives in hope above all else,
And prays the end is near.
She pleads with god to lighten up,
And choose a different task,
So she can face to world again,
Without his dreaded mask.
No one knows her heartache,
Or what lies ahead.
Only she who has the chance to run,
But prays for death instead.
