Story of my grandparents

by Jeff   Jun 27, 2012

Times were chaos and it was world war
Everyone has a duty and his was never before
He held her hand, with love in his eyes
Whispering softly into her ears which made her cry

Please don't cry for I'm leaving
Don't be sad please believe me
Our love will remain strong I promise
For one day we will, we definitely will meet again

As the sun bids its love to the quarter moon
She was lying on the sickbed ready to go soon
She held his hand, with tears in her eyes
Whispering softly into his ears which made him cry

Please don't cry for I'm leaving
Don't be sad please believe me
Our love will remain strong I promise
For one day we will, we definitely will meet again
