Seasons of love

by Jeff   Jan 24, 2009

Behind the garden of eden they both came together
Planting the seed of rose, they swore to each other
Our love will remain strong for we have one another
It was Spring when they both came together

The sun beams at the cheerful one couple
Merry and joy filled the lives of many others
Memories they shared will last them forever
It was Summer when the seed grew into flower

Evening came and swallowed the brightness
As the days go by the couple quarreled
It was the time of the month they both had troubles
It was Autumn the rose took a bend forward

As the cold wind blows on this lonely night
The rest were celebrating with the fire beside
They knew it had to end from deep inside
It was Winter when they both went apart,
the rose lay motionlessly, had it not start

All couples have arguements, some overcome them and some don't. It's just a way of life. Wonderful piece, 5/5. Em
