I'd been out walking
my friend's had wondered why i wasn't talking

I hadn't for days
i couldn't find words anyways

When i looked around,
my heart hit the ground.

I see you there
looking so fare.

At that moment i wish i could disappear
and hoped you couldn't see me near

I remembered what you had to say
that warm spring day

You made it look easy
and left me feeling queasy

I closed my eyes
as you severed all ties
