Tree of Oak

by Thomas   Jun 29, 2012

This the only way
I know to thank you
Even if you're inanimate
you're great at what you do

You will be there
through winter and summer
You will be there
even when I'm a bummer

You will not care
if I scream and shout
You will not care
when I have nothing to talk about

You will not judge
if I hold you the entire day
You will not judge
if my body is in decay

You will love me
for the person I am
You will love me
no matter what I will be

You will stand strong
when I am falling apart
You will be strong,
doesn't matter if it's the end or the start

This is beautiful! It conveys to me your love for Trees, and it holds true... the beauty of trees is far more majestic than one soul can fathom and I adore this write!!
