Up and down
And up and down
Moods are spinning
Round and round

Thought I was okay but
I'm crashing down again
I'm so tired of this
When will it end?

Slowly sinking deeper
No one to run to
It's out of my control
There's nothing I can do

Up and down
And up and down
Until finally
I'll hit the ground.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the subtle rhythm to your work, although you talk about hitting the ground. It was like a song, also I enjoyed the simple language.
