What is the truth?

What is the truth? You go about each day as best you can. You try to live your life pleasing others, family, friends and people in our everyday lives. You think all is well until something out of turn happens.

You become a little upbeat...but know that you can still move on with life. Then suddenly something else happens. You don't expect it this time. It happens so suddenly that it changes the whole mood of your day.

One day you may feel like the world is at your feet. Sure you have had hardships but you get through them. Before you know it you get knocked of your feet and it feels like you can't get back up!

When a day comes to an end you try to sort what has happened out. But where do you begin? You look at the path you've made and its not a nice, neat pathway but one filled with holes, mistakes and ugliness! You feel as if the whole world is terrible and don't know if the path you've taken has served you truthfully or falsely.

Some days the path seems easy. You go along expecting everything to be in place and nothing can go wrong. On another day you realize something isn't right and feel down.

I then ask myself "What is the truth?".

    This is a very reflective piece and truly describes the depth of emotion coming from the heart and the mind.
    I also find that life throws us in the deep end and we are left struggling and captured in our thoughts of what is the truth and it seems that everything is a lie and we feel lost and alone but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it might not show itself at the end of the day but it will get there you just have to stay strong and keep moving along!
