Sorting out the thoughts of life

Did you ever wonder why we always change our minds all the time? Why one day we're so sure about something and then the next we completely do a U turn and think the other way?

Every day i seem like a completely different person. I view myself as a likeable person who tries to live their life to the best of their ability. I walk about the world I inhabit as if I'm so sure about my place within it. The next day however this will completely change.

I start to question everything in my life. I think people in my life are who they are...but the next day they seem like total strangers. My plans and ambitions seem to go out the window and come back again depending on the day I am having.

Why is that so? Why is it that we completely change our outlook on both ourselves and our lives in such a short amount of time?

Just when you think you've sorted out who you are in the world...you realise that you need to re-sort your thoughts and feelings about life!
