Food for the Soul

by Ransford Rowe   Aug 29, 2012

I have listened to music as long as I can remember.
From childhold into manhood, its been my loyal campanion.
Friends have come and friends have gone,
But my music is something I can rely on.
When I have been down and needed a lift,
If Im bored and needed some diversion.
For me happiness can be found in a cd disk.
Music is rich and sweet like honey,
It lifts the spirit it feeds the soul.
My favourite bands are like members of the family,
To each I have an emotional connection.
Some I have listened to for years,
Others are new additions to my collection.
I can not imagine my life without my sweet sweet music.
